1. Great work life balance 2. Lots of fun activities other than work 3. HR policies are employee centric 4. Work culture is very transparent you can talk to anyone from department , even speak upto director level without any hesitation 5. Use of latest tech like AI very much 6. Will learn a lot about human pyschology and communications type things due to extra training

Cons

1. Once stuck with a product type it becomes difficult to get other knowledge because of busy schedule and limited opportunities to wrok from scratch
