Kind people, sometimes very interesting work, people want you to grow and develop, a lot of exposure very young

Cons

Low pay relative to industry, disorganized processes, sometimes long hours (very early mornings and late nights), inconsistent workload, projects can become monotonous, not great exit opportunities, sometimes lack of support, people put in new roles too early

Pros

You get to work on interesting projects with amazing clients. BTSers are fun, creative and incredibly supportive.

Cons

BTS acts like it's the only company in the world with a great culture. The culture is great but we tend to overplay the culture card in hopes that it will distract employees from the fact that they're being paid relatively little when compared to competitors... and way below our aspirational competitors. Senior management is always talking about how we're beating McKinsey, BCG, Bain on various proposals but when you compare what talent is being paid at BTS vs. MBB... we're getting peanuts. These peanuts translate into better earnings for BTS quarter over quarter.
