Tons of learning, wide array of industries, clients and project Fast pace, both demanding and engaging Exposure to senior levels of an organization Combines both analytical and soft skills Very interesting people, great and fun environment

Cons

Can be overwhelming at times, work-life balance is not optimal If you need brand recognition or the fortune 500 big name you won't have it here, great portfolio of clients though Partners can be to distant from the day to day of consultants

The global organization is blessed with smart leadership, smart co-workers, challenging work, and takes pride in constantly seeking industry leadership. BTS excels at design and delivery of business simulations that make huge business impacts on its customers. This is a great workplace for overachievers.

Cons

The slightly ad hoc nature of team creation leads to extra work. At times there is a disconnect between strategic leadership focus on tactical day to day focus that creates extra work. There needs to be more focus on measuring and reporting the great results achieved.

If you are a recent college or MBA grad, you'll enjoy an amazing global work experience as a BTS consultant. You'll lead projects with senior c-suite clients helping them execute initiatives to drive strategy execution and develop their critical talent. You'll work with smart and driven peers that are motivated by client success and project quality. You'll have the freedom to lead high profile projects.

Cons

if you want a predictable/routine work environment, BTS is not the place for you. Like most consulting business models, predictability can be a challenge. Predictability of how to find the next big deal to predicability of daily/weekly schedules. BTS goes where the clients go...so travel can be a lot at times. Not for everyone but for those that want to explore the world and work on different types of projects, BTS is a great place to work.
