Business Outlook
Pros
- Great bunch of people and kept the culture alive during lockdown when we were fully remote - You get to work with some big clients
Cons
- Work life balance is non-existent - High pressure environment (coming from management and other consultants) - As soon as you start the role, you're expected to know everything or track down the answers from someone else. Usually that 'someone else' is overseas in a different time zone. So not only do you have to figure out for yourself who might know the answer, but you also have to stay up late to then have a meeting with that person.
