Work/life balance is not a concern for management Your job is in jeopardy the first time you prioritize family over company Zero compensation when you work/travel on weekends - no such thing as a comp day at this company, VP of my department made sure he could leave early to see every one of his son's baseball games, I was counseled and reprimanded for doing the same thing. Management constantly complains about top talent walking out the door, blames everyone but themselves.
