Pros

Company treats employees well with travel benefits, holidays, 401k matching, allowances, per deim, etc. It is a smaller company that isn't as bloated and bureaucratic as many. On the road the company allows 1 trip home per month. Expenses are always paid for. Overall the atmosphere is pretty good.

Cons

Often times old fashioned. There are many 20+ year veterans at the company so innovation is often lacking. Only 2 weeks vacation, but there are lots of holidays. The majority of the company is made up of new englanders--self explanatory to those not from NE. Seems to be lots of dead weight around that should've been fired years ago.
