Upper and middle management are useless and clueless. Safety is not their concern.

Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits are good.

Cons

Management and leadership not very supportive. Cross training is available, but blind training the blind. Toxic culture throughout and lack of respect for each other. Turnover rate is very high.
