-Flexible work hours -Free breakfast on Tuesdays -Lots of parking -Talented employees -Celebrations at lunch

Cons

- Employment contract may not match advertised job description (Mine changed from Process Engineer to Facilities Engineer III to Engineer III in a less than 4 weeks. - Deskspaces are constantly moved to temporary spaces due to construction -No gym, no lunch room, -No 401k plans -Referral bonus paid in full after 1 year (compared to 4 months with other companies) -High turnaround (F)Hire at will

Bachem provides incredible benefits including a 401k plan. We do strive to set clear expectations for new hires as well as seasoned employees. While construction has required some movement of workspaces, it also provides state of the art manufacturing and laboratory space to support the growth of our business, which in turn provides growth opportunities for our Bachem team members. QC is Revolving Door

Bachem globally seems to be OK, but the Vista site is horrible.

Cons

This place is not good for Quality Control. Everything revolves around Production. All they want from QC is a rubber stamp that everything passes.

At times, the workload on QC can be heavy. However, at no time does Bachem compromise on quality! We wish you well in your career.

Probably just the benefits and some people.

Cons

Terrible leaders especially in the quality group. I would not ever recommend and trust the people that are In charge in that dept. Management all around loves to power trip. What is it about being a manager power tripping? I definitely would not call them a leader.
