Pros

- Awesome colleagues in Production, Production Support, QA, QC, QE, PM, Engineering, Facilities - Excellent health benefits with low cost to individual - Good work from home policy (if applicable to your job and allowed by your manager)

Cons

- Constantly ignoring fundamental operational problems. Fixing the roof of your house does you no good if the problem is a crumbling foundation. - Inconsistent, and often, competing priorities among functional groups. Literally everything is considered top priority - Poorly aligned leadership - No actual long term improvement and/or growth plan - Top down management structure with no chance of feedback

Co -workers were great and friendly

Cons

Poor management. Managers have no significant scientific background. Just good at taking. They assign work by hour.. they try to squeeze every minute out of you. Horrible HR. Was disgusting with HR how they look the other way when being up an issue.
