1. Unpredictible hours, 2. management squeezes workload of 2 person to one person 3. Management is terrible. Hard to fathom how they keep their jobs. No management skill.

unsafe working conditions, chemical spills that are very dangerous, lack of training, unrealistic time tables, and poor management
