      Clueless, visionless, poor leadership with no goal for the company's future

      * Good place for self learning if you are proactive and self motivated * Decent medical benefit

      Cons

      * Leadership is extremely poor with no vision and insight of how the employees. * Fails to look at the larger picture to recognize good employees. * Lay offs were terrible were good employees and people who slack are still slacking but surviving. * Immature upper management and too many changes to organization structure with no motivation or vision * Biased male chauvinists upper management, racism prevails and favoritism works. * No process in hiring good candidates and most of the recent hires (especially the upper management ) are pathetic. * Employees are never rewarded or recognized for any hard work that they put through. * Avoidable if you have a choice

      Toxic environment, awful management

      A job with some benefits. Good insurance and health benefit. Located in beautiful San Diego. Close to public transportation and stores.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Inexperience VPs and directors. High turnover. People start looking for their next job as soon as they get hired. HR is completely inactive and does not follow employee’s complains.
