Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits are good.

Cons

Management and leadership not very supportive. Cross training is available, but blind training the blind. Toxic culture throughout and lack of respect for each other. Turnover rate is very high.

Not a single pro, terrible company

Cons

Bachem actively commits wage theft, then fires people for speaking up about it. HR gaslights employees who bring concerns to them. Favortism and sexual harrasment. Dont not work here.
