Pros

Colleagues are awesome people who are passionate and selfless.

Cons

The upper management encourages working in silos, breed cross-functional and cross-site animosity and hinder growth, innovation and productive collaboration. They are complete hypocrites. For example, they claim that people are their top asset but have blatant disregard for written promises of compensation, shamelessly ignoring value people bring to the organization. They don’t care about career growth and ignore and detest honesty. They expect loyalty and obedience from local managers regardless of their contribution. Most top leaders are foreigners who have zero accountability and don’t have a clue about our country nor do they care to know. They assume things, devalue and destroy and then promptly go back to their homeland. They make it clear that their priorities are not local. Save yourself some heartache and go where you will be valued and appreciated.

Pros

Came across hard working people.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of direction, communication, knowledge, attention to details. No accountability. People at the management level has no managerial skill set, not enough technical knowledge, not enough compliance knowledge. Like many reviews said, there are people at the top, just because they have been with the company for a long time. When things don't go right, they blame the workers to cover themselves. And you have new people (management) who constantly compare this place to another giant pharma, yet has zero knowledge to lead, quick to blame others, inappropriately holding others accountable for their lack of ability. very sad. Stay away from this place. if you work hard, you are expected to work even harder and get blamed if things go wrong. Poor planning, poor communication, poor compliance, poor management. Sorry for the people who still works there.

Pros

The lab personnel is nice..... That's it. I believe this is the only hard-working team in this whole company.

Cons

I was hired as a QA Associate II, a position I began in November 2024. While I was initially impressed by the offer and the professionalism shown during the interview process, the reality of the role and workplace environment was deeply disappointing and misaligned with expectations. From the outset, I encountered significant training deficiencies. I was placed on the floor to perform line clearances and BPR reviews but was also tasked with document control responsibilities—duties that were not part of my original scope—due to others' inability to fulfill their roles. Despite operating in cleanroom and lab environments, I was not provided with proper safety shoes, raising immediate concerns about workplace safety standards. The training process was poorly structured and lacked accountability. I was frequently reprimanded for not reading SOPs that had not been assigned to me in a timely manner, and I was not given a clear or consistent training schedule. The individual assigned as my trainer often admitted to not knowing how to train me and repeatedly postponed critical instruction, resulting in large knowledge gaps. At times, I was accused of forgetting information I had never been taught. Additionally, the team environment was toxic and unwelcoming. I worked alongside three other floor team members who were not involved in my training despite performing the same role. Requests to shadow them were typically denied, making it even harder to get up to speed. Only one team member consistently offered support, for which I was grateful, but I felt uncomfortable relying solely on him. Even after four and a half months, I was still not properly trained. Much of my instruction boiled down to “you’ll figure it out,” which is not a sustainable or responsible approach for onboarding in a compliance-heavy environment. The overall QA team was disorganized—delayed SOP assignments, slow BPR reviews, and a general lack of engagement were the norm. Ultimately, I was terminated for being “argumentative.” However, I believe my frustration stemmed from a reasonable concern for the dysfunctional environment I was expected to operate in. My intention was always to contribute effectively, but that was made extremely difficult by the lack of support and accountability within the team. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve training practices, communication, and workplace culture for future employees.
