Extremely poor job security: Employees are removed without notice. Calls are scheduled minutes in advance and system access is revoked immediately, employees are treated with no dignity or respect during exits. No technical growth (GrandCentral): Work on GrandCentral is mostly limited to basic integration and field mapping, offering little to no learning for developers. The initial compensation offered during joining is attractive, but salary hikes afterward are extremely rare Weak HR and engagement: HR support is ineffective, and employee engagement is almost non-existent. Parking facilities are inadequate, and leadership suggests impractical workarounds like request security to provide other company parking space
