- Good pantry - Nice colleague - Fair compensation - Fair product but if you do not have the people to implement it better not buy it.

Cons

- Management has no integrity beware what they tell you - Decisions are made by the CEO - Keep changing about products positioning Uncompetitive cost for services If you have the talented people to implement it build it properly yourself else prepare to pay for customer success

Incredible culture, hardworking people, and a feeling of impacting the organization. Recently improving the commitment to America and improving the product. Beautiful product that is well built and the best in market technically.

Cons

Benefits are average. One-day paternal leave. Internal movement results in below0average pay. Outside hires will receive higher salaries than loyal employees with domain expertise and overall experience in the market. Inconsistent annual sales which means inconsistent commissions.
