      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.

      Pros

      Opportunity for a lot of leadership and autonomy throughout the duration of the assigned project. Over time that is what gives you very good learning and future experience. You can have very good interaction with the work teams, it just depends on your own personality. Benefits covered by law, and some very good temporary benefits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, due to the current crisis at Tech, they have greatly reduced their benefits and are only maintaining competitive salaries and some basics such as health insurance. There are important Project Management problems, which the company has tried to work on, but the weight of the clients in the banking sector makes them give up in the end to unrealistically please the client bank. If you are in the area of Customer Success, you face a lot of failed negotiations, frustrations of the daily customer and many good intentions to improve but do not achieve the healthy progress of the project.
