Good work-life balance but frequent project changes and layoffs

Good work life balance Flexible hours Good learning curve for first 2 years

Cons

Keep changing the project every few months very low hikes/bonus layoff culture is very common. I got laid off over a 10 min meeting and I was asked to resign on the same day without any notice period.
