Multiple people disappear on long-term burnout leave. Shouting and fights - even with clients. The company openly selling a product they don't have and can't execute on. R&D team with no accountability to produce results. Sales team praised and raking in massive bonuses for selling projects to clients who end up suing the company due to the fact that the sales team lied about what the product can do.
