You get responsibilities and room to do something with those responsibilities. Multicultural working environment, that makes it even more dynamic. No micro management by the managers.

Cons

You have to be very self providing and work with an entrepreneurial mindset - not everyone is able to effectively perform in such an fast growing company. The company keeps growing rapidly due to the success, which means that processes/structures need to change with the company.
