      Used to be good, now there are layoffs and too much change in C suite

      - They have good engineering culture and engineers - EU folks in team are quite nice and work culture is usually good.

      Cons

      - Too much change in top leadership - Job security isn't great - Too much cult following about AI, sudden layoffs. - Should try to increase R&D headcount even if they wish to set a higher benchmark

      -> No appraisal -> No new clients -> No growth -> Layoffs ->Management sucks. On one side, they’re firing employees, and on the other, they’re hiring new ones as well. Dude just give the work to the people who are already there
