Do not expect professional behaviour - behaviour is based on politics and assumptions ( if joining in Toronto, most probably you may have to deal with a psycho too ) - may be this is expected in a small company ? but believe me its worse here. Third world level culture/behaviour in Canada. Grew quickly from 200 or so employees, so core employees remain un professional / untrained in their behaviour and try playing politics Not even a single process is at acceptable level in this company. If you try to correct them, you will be shunned. No development work in Toronto - its all professional service work as a consultant and you will be treated as a consultant not a developer. Don’t expect permanent work from home You will be lied to about benefits

Don't join India location. i was working with Amesterdam & later joined Indian team. Here in India most people are from service based company background. So they are ruining the work culture with micro management, work pressure, toxic cculture.For them only output matters.
