Pros

Nice relocation scheme. They put the developers they hire from other countries in a shared flat for one month, so it's easy for them to relocate. Beautiful location in Amsterdam. The building is big and nice, has channels on the side and there is a cool pub nearby.

Cons

As commented in other reviews: incompetent managers and poor organizational capabilities in the company in general. Below-average technical level in many engineers. Horrific codebase, lots of technical debt and shabby practices. Interdepartmental criticisms, also between teams. In my opinion an unpleasant atmosphere compared with other workplaces. High turnover, low morale.

good and useful perks above average compensation VERY good experience coming from abroad (the company will help and guide you to settle) skilled colleagues (I would like to emphasize this: engineers here are very good in general) modern tech stack (although could be better) career plan (you will be guided by a senior dev. + budget for books & conferences)

Cons

not sure, maybe the office is too pale (please add more colors, plants....)
