A well ran, fully profitable startup with a great work culture!

Pros

Amazing pay especially when compared to market averages. Workspace feels collaborative and inspiring. Workplace culture is very lively, quirky and familial. A fully profitable startup with minimal investment money makes this a rare breed in the silicon valley startup world. The large growth in the last couple of years inspires a lot of long-term job confidence. Great benefits including a generous fund to outfit your home/office workspace.

Cons

We seem to be outgrowing our current office space. Limited parking options in the surrounding area.

Pros

A growing company in the middle of San Mateo, CA, Backblaze has been around for almost 9 years. So let's list some Pros. • Plenty of snacks and drinks on hand • Great benefits • Generous stock grants • Bring your dog to work • Fun group • Work from home • Build great products like B2 Cloud Storage • Gives back to the community giving away pod storage designs and drive stats

Cons

Here are some cons: • With a smaller team, Backblaze can't do everything at once • Sometimes targets slip • Backup isn't sexy, but it is necessary
