Pros

Smart and creative people. Management lets you run with various ideas to try them out. Interesting opportunities to work with an agile coach. Many opportunities to influence how work is done. A beyond-excellent support staff. Retrospectives!

Cons

A little bit of confusion regarding the role of modern approaches to quality assurance. (Which only matters if you are in quality assurance.) Testing (as a role) had perhaps a bit of a glass ceiling. Testing became a bit of a one-note affair.

Beer at weekly meetings, super-smart coworkers, fun job, challenging job, foosball and ping pong in office, FANTASTIC middle management, interesting software

Cons

New senior officers, unclear vision, multiple recent changes (new CEO being one of them), inability to dismiss employees who aren't doing a good job, sometimes don't utilize employees to their full potential, unclear path for job opportunities within the company
