Pros
Excellent people in every department. Flexible schedule, especially when you need it most. Challenging work. Established and well functioning systems in place. Process and procedure for most tasks. Always up to date on office tech (Computers, 3D printers, Software) and product technology. Very rare to find a company with in house injection molding, large/small CNC machine centers, a tool room, a model shop, and general assembly manufacturing.
Cons
Of course there are some cons, there will be everywhere you go, in what ever you do. So being realistic, as a company, I have no cons to list here.
