Pros

Able to gain graphic design experience out of college so you can get a much better job. Majority of the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

-Horrible pay rates -Awful management -Treats employees with zero respect -No room for advancement -Managers are not educated and do not understand the work that goes into jobs they are overseeing -Not flexible (no matter how long you've been there) -Not open to new ideas to help better the company and work environment -Very high turnover rate! It's a revolving door due to the poor treatment, people don't want to stay

This is a textile mill/sweat shop. Workers are routinely injured by machinery. Pay is deplorable, hours are long.
