They train you until you are well enough to work on your own and you get to leave for lunch. Work is pretty easy to get used to. Good for an entry-level job

Cons

Work can get repetitive and there's no real opportunity to actually create your own designs, just basically resizing and recoloring, or checking specs of already made designs
