Zero work/life balance. Culture of fear. Keep your head down or it'll get lopped off. I can't wait to get out and do something worthwhile.

Great company with excellent facilities and above average benefits. Most people are dedicated and helpful and you'll learn a lot by working on challenging projects.

Cons

Beware of joining IT Development. Initial salary and benefits offered would seem much better than any other employer... but take caution. You'll soon find yourself working in impossible situations putting in 2x effort - 24x7 for most of your time with this company. If anyone is thinking of joining then make sure you;re paid at least 75 to 100 percent higher than what the market offers to make your time and efforts compensated .
