Stable, comfortable quiet environment, reasonable hours.

Cons

Very hierarchical firm, very low turnover at the top, high turnover at the bottom. Advancement comes with tenure with low correlation to performance.

The culture was awesome and the company really went above and beyond to make it's employees feel valued and included in decisions. I worked there during the 2012 presidential election and managing directors went above and beyond to keep company morale high and make sure that no one was feeling the effects of all the negativity spewed about the company throughout the media at that time.

Cons

No downsides. It really was a great environment to work in and for the most part even the highest of higher-ups were pretty down to earth.
