Excellent benefits, perks. Great place to work for a motivated, driven, autonomous person. Work is even more interesting when there is opportunity to work across departments.

Company has gotten large enough so small company/familial feel has been somewhat lost.

The company is full of smart, energetic people. The analysts are very friendly and Senior Management is very helpful in planning your career, both short and long term. Free breakfast and a quality lunch. Free SBX/DNKN everyday and great office space with gym.

Cons

Long hours, slow growth process. Management is very helpful, but needs to keep people engaged and interested.
