Bain has probably the strongest name in the PE industry and its coach/mentoring structure allows for a quick and solid development

Cons

Lifestyle and compensations are sub-optimal. Lifestyle is the worst in the industry, while compensation not at par with other firms as Bain tends to buy talent for cheap
