      Pros

      You will learn a lot of new skills quickly, and the brand name is nationally recognized. The benefits, especially in regards to medical, are phenomenal! You will work with highly motivated and competent people who will push you to grow beyond what you thought possible.

      Cons

      As a recruiter, there is VERY LITTLE work life balance during heavy recruiting seasons. The culture is also heavily skewed in favor of extroverts as the plethora of events you plan can easily drain your social battery. The “zero defect” model will at times make your best work feel inadequate and can be quite toxic. Good is truly not good enough, and the demands are very stressful. Long hours are expected and the pay needs to be more competitive for the sheer volume of work given. Similarly, consultants are put on a pedestal, and l’ve witnessed instances where they are quite rude to business functions (non consulting) roles. Read the reviews from non-consultant positions before applying if you are not applying for a consultant role.

      Focused on company culture. They value employees. Support professional and personal growth. Benefits COMPLETELY covered - zero cost to me. Always snacks. SWAG..such as Allbirds. Always encourage and protect PTO. Our team genuinely likes hanging out with each other. We all truly want to see each other succeed. A Bainie never lets another bainie fail.

      Literally cannot think of any cons. This is the best company I have EVER worked for.
