Once you make it past a certain level of seniority, there is no regard for your wellbeing. Deliver results for clients or you’re out the door. This company touts a culture of ‘coaching’ and ‘feedback’ but that’s hogwash - they won’t teach you diddly squat, and then they’ll tell you you’re at risk of underperforming when you’re not 100% efficient (even when you’re doing a particular task for the first time). Leadership is mostly old money white male. Zero empathy for anyone who comes from a different background. No work life balance at all. Just work until you make yourself sick.
