      Pros

      A very stable employer in the Milwaukee Area. They have been in the business for a long time, and perform well in the financial industry.

      Cons

      Company is very progressive, but lacking greatly in their Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives. Their performance in the Financial industry is very good, but having a diverse and inclusive working environment is something that lacks greatly.

      Pros

      Everything I read about Baird before joining has been true so far. The culture is fantastic and breathes this entrepreneur-type spirit. I've never worked for a company that cares more about it's people. Management is great at giving people opportunities outside of their day job and provides tons of developmental support. The work/life balance is very attractive. Flexible work options and flex-hours give the employees the chance to step in and out as needed. If you want to grow your career, this is the place to go.

      Cons

      Only potential "con" is that because Baird is relatively large, it can be easy to get silo'd in your department. But many employees make it a priority to work cross-functionally.
