We are glad to hear you found the compensation strong as well. We regret to find that your time with Baker College concluded with lack of understanding of our leadership and the vision of the institution. A recent nationally rated engagement survey completed by our employees showed their satisfaction and engagement to be above average. While we acknowledge any substantial opportunities for improvement generally our employees also noted their belief that the leadership of the institution has a clear sense of purpose and that the goals and objectives are consistent with the institution's mission and values.
