This is an equal-opportunity employer that offers pretty excellent benefits, and the people that I work with are lovely.

Cons

The college is updating their entire structure to better meet the needs of students so there's a lot of change happening around here. If you're flexible and ready to dive in, it can be exciting and rewarding. If you're not, it might not be your cup of tea.

Pros

Student focused, competitive salary, room for growth. Corporation puts excessive money back into the college. College offers excellent methodology resources for the staff.

Cons

Poorly managed behind the educators. Educators are micro managed. Curriculum must be duplicated amongst campuses. It appears that the company spends excessive amount of money building clinics, construction, wall paper, when the money could go towards students.
