      Pros

      The people are the best part about Baker College. They really have found people with high levels of character who carry out the day to day operations.

      Cons

      Low pay, insincere competitive environment, not enough quality planning by the main campus. Baker a tendency to lack pro active foresight.

      The people there great! Loved all of my co-workers

      Cons

      There are no opportunities for growth within the company and they seem to have a lot of job turnover or cutting people's positions and melding them into one big job (at the campus that I was at).
