      Great Benefits and time off, not so much with pay

      Pros

      Generous amount of time off and great benefits.

      Cons

      Changing workforce so many times in some offices that where basically harassing employees not to interact with colleges or hang out after hours. Annual meetings about how college is doing would be followed by the phrase 'no one is going to lose their job' which was then followed by a 20% faculty layoff which did not help with moral of the faculty and staff.

      nice people to work with

      they expect a lot for an adjunct instructor for the pay staring UBD classes where all instructors have some assignments are required to do blackboard discussion questions treats you like a full time employee but without the pay and benefits constantly changes procedures and policies

      OMG - what a horrible place! Employees are treated very poorly. Nepotism is not even downplayed. They hire relatives for high-paying jobs even with no degrees and no experience, while the talented qualified individuals are paid what they make in fast food industry - or Walmart. I think my sister, who is a manager at Walmart, makes more than one of the associate deans there. Very overworked - unrealistic expectations - 65++ hours - cannot take your vacation time - cannot roll over so you lose it Dress code is ridiculous and they even grade your voice mail every week Doing disservice to students - diploma mill - anyone who pays will pass their classes Seriously micromanaged and treated like dirt
