Pros

I have worked at Baker College for many years. I have worked in several different departments across a few different campuses and feel like my coworkers are more than just that, they are family. Baker has an excellent benefit package and an outstanding pension.

Cons

There could be more communication at times from upper level management, but I think that happens at most places.

Pros

Worked for the Online campus and worked with a great group of employees. I worked enough hours that Baker College contributed to a pension plan for me even though I was part time.

Cons

Communication about changes was not as much as would have liked.
