Pros

Baker College of Flint is part of a system that spreads across Michigan and even has a site in Canada. The school helps train students to be "job ready" by working with businesses and organizations in designing curriculum. It was enjoyable to work there most of the time,.

Cons

Like many organizations the pay was not all that one would hope. The Flint campus is lead by Dr. J. Princinsky, who is very much a diva and whose management style leaves a great deal to be desired.

Good hours and benefits. Pay keeps you in lower tax bracket.

Cons

Many changes which were discussed and were decided would occur are never implemented. Too many "clicks" involving those who have been here a long time. Need at least a master degree to advance. Low pay for the amount of money the college tells you they are making from our hard work.

I really enjoyed helping the people who were right on the cusp of figuring out the answer's for themselves.

Cons

I did not enjoy someone trying to get me to do their homework. Not only were these people wasting my time and energy, but they were pulling me away from those who truly wanted my help.
