Cons

Communication across the organization is not as great as it could be. However, individuals who go out of their way to ask management questions are generally recieved well and information is available to those who want it.

The workplace environment at VK was quite good. The collection of talent was also exceptional. They have a very good reputation in the community and do very good work for their clients.

Cons

The hourly expectation are high but not to a crazy degree. Feedback from partners/managers was sporadic and often less than helpful.
