Pros

Very knowledgable company who keeps up to date on all new accounting updates and industry changes.

Cons

Pay is low compared to others of related size in the industry. More travel required than was initially disclosed in the interview process.

Pros

During my limited stint of employment as a Tax Staff Intern, I have learned what it is like to work in a fun environment with supportive management and encouraging colleagues. The office I worked in was just small enough that you were able to get to know everyone, both on the tax and audit sides. Questions and problems were quickly attended to by the team adding to the helpful environment.

Cons

As in any workplace there were some office politics, but they were limited and frowned upon by management. The recent combination of Parente Randolph and BMC, creating ParenteBeard, led to noticeable legacy firm loyalties that introduced some office disagreements.

Pros

The Company has some good people that work at the staff level that make it an okay place to work.

Cons

The Company grew too fast and seems to have got them in trouble. They are trying to do too much. The company is also very top heavy, more managers than staff.
