      Pay is nice. Moving to a better looking HQ. Company looks good on resume

      Cons

      The headache is worst. A constant flow of manually building out machine for new hires, while simultaneously being required to support whole company who will you ping you on every platform demanding assistance at any hour. No one follow protocol but you will be berated for missing any step known or unknown to you.
