- Smart group of core employees who came from very successful companies - Great tone of communication - figuring out solutions rather than dwelling on problems - Good benefits & pay - Lots of trust in employees generally - Massive growth for the company, products, and employees

Cons

- Potential for significant night/weekend work to support the product - Laptop software is fairly tightly controlled, adding lots of friction - New C-suite is unproven in this type of company
