the pay is good great benefits flexibility great team/colleagues easy work

Cons

not much room for growth the company is not stable and hasn't been for over a year lots of system issues with no resolve extremely low call volume supervisors/leaders aren't much help with anything constant worry if you'll be laid off and direction of the company no guidance from supervisors/leaders with system errors
