      good people, bad communication

      Pros

      smart, friendly and diverse colleagues. comp decent. engineering/product leads strong and experienced. work has potential to be interesting.

      Cons

      others said it. executive leadership driving talent out with top down culture, empty thank you's and delayed actions. startup resource/process pains with bank bureaucracy. communication is good and terrible at the same time. it's a shame as people care and perform well in their own teams dispite this.
