Shift dif of $1 after 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. Base pay $20. Bilingual additional $1. Hybrid work. Small call center. Lots of growth opportunities.

Cons

Micromanagement. 10 hr shift is two 20 min breaks and a 30 min lunch. Do not use restroom or leave desk outside of that or it affects your adherence and after 5 min they messaging you to see if you are ok.
