I can't say enough good things about this company. Super flexible with schedules, good pay! Great people to work with. Fun things always going on from costume parties at Halloween to company Bbq's. Super nice holiday parties. They give away T-shirts every year at their anniversary. Educational reimbursement! Lots of continuing education credits/opportunities. Advancement opportunities! It feels more like a family. I really like my job. They value ideas. They actually encourage them and listen.

Cons

Heavy workload at times. Benefits are good, but not great.
