      Pros

      Great hours, consistent scheduling, easy work. Higher ups were very flexible with things like Dr appointments and scheduling.

      Cons

      The repetitive 12 hour shifts burn you out quickly.

      You'll touch on a lot of different applications and platforms.

      Cons

      You'll get practically zero training on most of the software the company utilizes. Pay is very low for the area. Not a livable wage. You will be held to invisible/unclear metrics and you won't be put on a PIP if you don't meet them, just termed. Even if you're told you're doing great for the past twelve months.
