managers are decent people, personable team of sales reps, new building

Pay plan is terrible it feels like youre wasting time, little opportunity to move up, management rewards forceful and aggressive sales tactics, low volume store, overstaffed selling 70 cars a month with 7 or 8 people, 50/car pay plan

Pros

Several advisors to help incase you are new to the role or require help trouble shooting a customer concern or incident. Decent breakroom to have lunch at, with several vending machines.

Cons

They will attempt to cram 100+ appointments a day through the shop. Appointments are not divided up equally. Some will be doing more than others, which also affects pay discrepancies. Forced OT every week, even though you are on a salary and commission plan.
